Welcome to Growth Fuelled Coaching. I’m Suhail, Head Coach & Founder. I’m an accredited certified coach, and NLP & timeline practitioner.
Coaching for me is all about growth and understanding what that means for you. Whether it’s growth in your personal life or career, I’m here to support you in setting realistic goals that consider the busy, hectic and fast-paced lives we all live.

A personal value that drives me forward the most is service. The fulfilment I feel when helping others is indescribable. This is one of the reasons I wanted to become a coach! As well as this, I have 8 years experience working as a civil servant at the heart of government. I have worked across a number of different functions, and have extensive experience and knowledge of recruitment processes. I'm also an Internal Coach operating within the Civil Service; providing coaching to civil servants as part of their learning and development.

Civil servants and those working in the public sector are the forefront of delivering services and infrastructure that benefit society. This is why I am keen to support those working in the public sector and civil servants in achieving growth. Civil and public servants who are working towards realistic and stretching goals will be better placed to deliver more through their careers.

Our Approach
Our approach at Growth Fuelled Coaching is a simple one.

The goals and growth you achieve will centre around your unique strengths, skills and knowledge. Your goals will be realistic and account for the context of your circumstances. You will be challenged to develop strategies and action plans that aren't just realistic and obtainable, but will also stretch you - cultivating a growth mindset even before you have reached your goal.

We will use the GROW Model to identify your goal. We'll set a clear action plan that is grounded in your reality. We will create accountability to ensure you stay on track with your growth as you travel towards your end goal.
