Before you decide to embark upon your coaching journey, you are encouraged to book a free, 30-minute discovery call first. Discovery calls with Growth Fuelled Coaching won't involve any hard or upselling. They are an honest, and transparent conversation that give you an important opportunity to:
 

• Meet the coach. Coaching is a highly personal relationship. Discovery calls allow both the coach, and perspective coachee to assess if their personalities, communication styles and values align.
   

• Define goals and expectations: You can use these calls to delve into what you are looking to achieve or do i.e. is there a specific goal you want to, or are, working towards? Discovery calls can also help to ensure that coaching is the right approach for whatever you are wanting to do. 
   

• Address questions and concerns. You might have questions about the structure of a particular package, or perhaps want to know what a typical session can look like. Maybe you want reassurances about privacy and confidentiality. The coach can provide the answers to these, and any other questions you might have.​
