Before you decide on which coaching package you'd like to take up, I would encourage you to book a free, 30-minute discovery call first. Discovery calls with me won't involve any hard selling. They are an honest and transparent conversation that gives us an opportunity to:
 

• Decide if our personalities, approaches, and communication styles are in alignment. Given that coaching is a highly personal relationship, it's important there is trust and rapport from the outset.
   

• Discuss the goals you would like coaching support with. We can use these calls to delve into what you are looking to achieve or do. Discovery calls can also help to ensure that coaching is the right approach for you.
   

• Ask and answer questions; and raise concerns. You might have questions about the structure of a particular package. Perhaps want to know what a typical session looks like. Or maybe you want reassurances about privacy and confidentiality.​
