How long we keep information

  • To ensure the quality and continuity of our coaching services, we retain personal data related to coaching clients for a period of one year, starting from the date of their last coaching session.

  • After this retention period, all personal information will be securely deleted or anonymized, unless legal or regulatory obligations require us to retain certain records for a longer duration.

 

Who we share information with

Data processors

In order to deliver coaching services efficiently, Growth Fuelled Coaching may engage third-party service providers, known as data processors, who assist in managing and processing client information on our behalf. These providers operate under strict contractual obligations to ensure the security and confidentiality of your data.

Our data processors may include:

  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Systems – for secure record-keeping and appointment scheduling. Growth Fuelled Coaching engages with ZOHO for such services.  Their privacy notice can be found here

  • Payment Processing Providers – to facilitate secure transactions. Growth Fuelled Coaching may engage with WIX Payments and/or PayPal to process transactions made through the website. The privacy notice for WIX can be found here, and for PayPal, here
