Personal and special category information, whether held digitally or in hard copy will be retained for one year from the date of your final coaching session. All information will then be securely deleted or destroyed.

Data processors

 

ZOHO

This data processor does the following activities for us: They provide email, video calling and scheduling services that enable the delivery of coaching services to clients. Your data will be processed for the purposes of communication of information relating to your coaching, and the facilitation of coaching sessions.

 

Google

This data processor does the following activities for us: They provide cloud storage capabilities that allow Growth Fuelled Coaching to store and process data relating to clients and their sessions.

 

WIX Payments

This processer acts as a payment facilitator handling order details, payment status, transaction amounts, and billing metadata through direct website checkout integration.

 

Independent Data Controllers

 

PayPal

PayPal acts as an independent data controller, retaining control for processes relating to payment processing, fraud detection, and financial regulatory compliance. The data this controller handles includes billing name, address, payment card data, and transaction history.
